Module Functions
Let's review what each field or button does from top to bottom
The Glasses Screen (see the image above)
The prescription fields are self explanatory. These field, except SPH and Prism, have pop-up list allowing you to make quick selections. To edit the value in these list select Edit... at the bottom of this list. The circled buttons will transpose cylinder notations.

The field Remarks to print on prescription are printed on the prescription in the remarks sections. The Local notes field does not print on the prescription.

Previous Prescriptions and Remarks
This section stores all information on prebvious eyeglass prescriptions. The text is formatted so that, so the most part, information in the prescription is in columnar format so that you can easily see trends in the prescriptions that have been dispensed. There are several buttons associated with this section.
The information in this block is editable at any time.

Print Prescriptions
This module is capable of printing one eyeglass prescription per piece of paper. It is formatted to fill the top half of a page, which means you can use 5.5 x 8.5 paper in a dedicated printer. There is text on the bottom of the Rx that you can edit to say what you want. As of PracticeMaker 5.01 any password can edit layouts in the module.

Editing  Prescription appearance
You have the ability to change the printed appearance of your eyeglass and contact lens prescriptions. To do this click the Edit Rx button at the lower left of the Glasses screen. As discussed in the Forms Module, you edit layouts at your own risk. When you click this button you get the warning below, If you do not want to take the chance, click Cancel.
